    Data Deletion Instructions

    Fenryl Labs Inc. ("Fenryl") is committed to your privacy and data control. In accordance with Facebook (Meta) Platform terms and applicable privacy laws, we provide users with a clear way to request the deletion of their data.

    Important Note on Data Storage

    We want to be transparent about the data we hold. Fenryl does not store advertising data retrieved from third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads). We only store data that is directly collected via our own tracking pixel (The Pixel) to provide you with attribution and analytics insights.

    Option 1: Automated Deletion (Recommended)

    You can configure your account to automatically delete all stored data associated with your shop upon uninstallation of our application. This is the most efficient way to ensure your data is removed if you choose to stop using our services.

    Steps to enable automated deletion:

    1. Log in to your Fenryl account or sign up if you haven't already.
    2. Ensure your Shopify store is linked. If not, follow the instructions on the home page to add your app.
    3. Navigate to the Dashboard.
    4. Click on the Settings tab.
    5. Select Pixel Settings.
    6. Check the box labeled "Full Data Deletion".

    Once enabled, uninstalling the Fenryl app from your Shopify store will trigger a complete deletion of all your pixel data from our servers.

    Option 2: Manual Deletion Request

    If you wish to delete your data without uninstalling the application, or if you have already uninstalled the application and want to ensure your data is removed, you may contact our support team directly.

    Please send an email to support@fenryllabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

    Include your Shopify Store URL (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com) in the body of the email so we can locate and delete your data. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
